Refund Policy

At Reaching Individual Success Thru Empowerment (R.I.S.E.), we are committed to providing high-quality programming, merchandise, and event experiences that support our mission. Because our work supports community development and empowerment efforts, all sales and donations are used to fund these initiatives. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Ticket Sales (Events, Workshops, Fundraisers)

  • All ticket purchases are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by R.I.S.E.

  • In the event of a cancellation or significant change (e.g., date or venue), ticket holders will be notified via email and offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • A transfer of their ticket to a rescheduled date.

  • If a participant cannot attend, tickets may be transferred to another person by emailing info@risealabama.org at least 48 hours before the event.

2. Merchandise Sales

  • We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective merchandise.

    • To be eligible for an exchange, requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with proof of purchase and photo evidence of the defect.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end.

  • All other merchandise sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Size exchanges may be possible based on inventory availability and must be requested within 7 days.

3. Donations

  • Donations made to R.I.S.E. are non-refundable, including those made through events, fundraisers, or merchandise campaigns.

  • If you believe a donation was made in error or need assistance with a duplicate transaction, please contact us at info@risealabma.org within 14 days of the transaction.

4. Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, Webinars)

  • Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your product, contact info@risealabama.org and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
